Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery in the product's original condition.  

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

A 20% fee applies to non-defective returns or exchanges to cover shipping and handling costs.  A refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. The amount will be credited to the customer with the timeframe of 10-15 working days. 

Send the product back, and we’ll send you a replacement after inspection.  

You can receive store credits for future purchases upon initiating a return/exchange post inspection.

We allow exchange if we are informed within 48 hours of the delivery. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item due to damage caused during transport or any other related reason, we will allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value given you pay the difference amount.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will make 3 attempts for delivery to the customers desired address. In case the delivery does not happen and the orders are returned, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain up to 25% of the order value. 
The customer hereby agrees that the title to such purchased goods shall pass on to the customer once the goods are delivered by us to the carrier for delivery to the customer’s doorstep. The customer agrees that the carrier of the purchased goods to the customer’s premises shall be the customer’s agent.


Damages and issues
  • If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us at enchanteurdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures.
  • Any damages on arrival issue should be reported (via mail) within 48 hours / 2 days along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
In case the reason of return is the delivery of wrong items (delivered items different from ordered/described, poor quality of delivered items etc.), Enchanteur Designs will fully refund the collection charges and further arrange the suitable replacement(s) at its own cost. Get a refund to your original payment method or bank account after we receive the product.  
Any refund of the purchase amount will only be at the discretion of Enchanteur Designs.
In case of refund, the refund will be made on the credit/debit/charge card with which the items were purchased online, after deducting the appropriate collection charge, once the items have been received back in good shape by Enchanteur Designs.
If it is found by Enchanteur Designs that the returned items are not in good condition, then Enchanteur Designs reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
